It is often said that no one knows tomorrow. That’s true in a sense, but not absolutely. You may not know what future holds in exact terms, but you have a vivid idea:

How am I sure about that? Let’s do something. Many of us don’t like to do this, especially if our present circumstance is not exactly what we bargained for. Right where you are reading this, just think back, say 5 to 10 years ago. What were you doing? What did you fail to do. What could you do better. What mistakes do you think you made. Very importantly, who are the people you moved it? Write down your answers and come back to the present. Relate all your answers to where you are now and you’ll agree with me that you’re now a result/product of the things you did or failed to do yesterday. But hello, the past is gone. Today is here, you can predict how tomorrow should look like

_*6. WHAT KNOWLEDGE OR RESOURCES DO YOU NEED TO GET THERE?*_ – New skills, new people, new knowledge you need to achieve that desired future
The thing is, everyone at every time is helping someone else to create their desired tomorrow, whether consciously or unconsciously. That’s not negotiable. The problem is, if you don’t consciously create your own desired future, the future will come no doubt, but it may come without all of today’s fantasies about it. So are you ready to create the future you desire? The leader’s responsibly is to think about the future and create it. Leaders create the future by setting goals and moving forward step-by-step everyday, towards those goals.
