The school owner – teacher relationship is a mutual one. As a teacher, you lose out on many things if you think the only advantage the school has for you is your monthly salary.
Understand that the school is a platform for you, from where you can rehearse whatever passion is inherent in you. That is because the school is a citadel of learning, and there’s no knowledge or passion you have that can not be condensed and imparted into the children. As you do so, you build your self too.
