Many schools fall here. Rich school owner, poor teachers. People in this category forget that it’s better to pay people what fits your own image and not necessarily what they (staff) worth, and you ‘MUST’ create wealth, so your people don’t suffer. You love learning and you don’t cheat the teachers. That’s lovely!…In fact, you’re right about your ‘economic reality’ approach to school business….But then..

If only you know that your ‘size’ is not how big your facility is, but how many lives (of staffs) you can actually transform from nothing to something. Until you start creating ‘REAL’ prosperity for your staffs, they can’t stick their necks out for you!
In this industry, we all profess, (sincerely or hypocritically) that education is about the learner. I will not dispute that. But I really wonder if there can be a school without the teachers. Meanwhile, I have seen many schools wait for months for enrollment, and yet operate and pay salaries, even without students.
Conclusion: If your school can not or will not, or is not working towards creating prosperity for it’s teachers, then you’re missing a key requisite for growth!
