HOW CAN MY SCHOOL BECOME BIG ?

Everyone will claim their school needs to grow. But there are 6 (six) different kinds of schools and that determines what to do for growth.

1. Schools Set Up To Make Ends Meet For The Owner.

For these, no matter the strategy you teach or training they attend, they hardly grow, except after spending so many years and growth takes its organic course as a result of persistence. Such schools are born out of the unacceptable unemployment index in the country. All things being equal, such school owners’ financial needs would have been better satisfied as a staff in a larger organization, and they could be free from the risk of ‘business bondage’ usually offered by such a school.

Such owners may not even meet the specifications they seek from their employees. To grow, such schools must change the make-ends-meet mentality, and stop equating school business with trading goods for marginal profit. They must seek knowledge aggressively, ready to pay for it and, humble enough to change…if they want to create real posperity!
