SOF BOOTCAMP

SOF Admin boot camp is a two-day business retreat for school Admins, HOS, HOD. School Owners acting in these positions are also included . As every term begins, the school environment is stuffed with activities right from the beginning of the term till it’s end. The atmosphere is fast and fluid. There’s hardly any space for rest or leisure. Every term is simply like a long pipe, when you go in, you only exit when the term is over.

The ADMIN Boot Camp will hold during the holiday. It’s a breakaway from an atmosphere of work to an atmosphere of learning and relaxation fused together. There will be several empowerment sessions ranging from education to prospecting to management and negotiations. The forth coming Boot Camp holds at Radisson Blue Hotel on Isaac John Street, Ikeja. The Boot Camp comes with two choices of lodging or Attending daily.

There will be a powerful array of facilitators and resource persons for the Boot Camp. These will include Child Psychologists, Conflict Management Experts, Emotional Intelligence Experts, Life Coaches, ISO experts and Education Psychologists
