SOF LASE (LEADERSHIP ATTITUDES, SKILLS AND ETHICS)

LASE is a programme fashioned out to meet the current global trend of bridging the leadership within teachers. It is specifically designed for school teachers and admins. The very ones involved in daily and in fact hourly engagement with our children.

LASE Identifies that every teacher is a leader. Not in the mere sense of the word but in Attitude, Skills and ethics. LASE equips the teacher with salient attitudes in dealing with various strata of Children, Parents and the environment.

The growth of any school is never a single-faced approach. No school can grow or sustain its growth without the full cooperation of its teachers. Most times the lack of this cooperation on their part is more a matter of attitudinal ignorance than it is of professionalism. Every teacher has academic qualification and some form of experience.
