There’s no such thing as “That’s who I am”. Rather, that’s who you choose to be. When school owners complain about the teacher, most times, the complaints are genuine. All the teacher needs is some deliberate change in attitude or the other.
For example, a teacher with poor handwriting, will not only raise children with poor handwriting, she’s unconsciously raising children that don’t pay attention to detail, and could possibly be unorganized. Good handwriting shows that the individual pays attention to details. So, if such a teacher improves on her handwriting, her productivity increases, as the result will be evident on the children.
